From Monte To You
:

“I’ve traveled to Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya and other such nations many, many times. Some of the things I have seen along the way leave a never ending heartache-starving children, mothers who have lost their children to disease, famine, malnutrition and war. But there is one thing that inspires me to keep going on: the knowledge that together we -- you and I -- are making a difference in the lives of children who need it most. Every donor is a partner in our cause, and every amount of support, no matter how small, can help save a child’s life today.

Father Wayne McNamara

- Father Wayne has been serving on the Board of Children’s Hunger Relief Fund since 1993. After visiting one of CHRF’s most impressive projects in Juarez, Mexico in 1993 Father Wayne wanted to find out more about the organization. After seeing first hand the level of CHRF’s integrity and, as he says it, “meticulous moral commitment to those in need” Father Wayne was quick to come on board.

From Father Wayne To You:

“There are a lot of organizations out there that attend to the needy. But what I love about Children’s Hunger Relief Fund is their incredible level of integrity. As Chairman of the Audit Committee I have always been impressed with how the organization commits finances towards our goals of helping others”.

Father Wayne serves as head priest to his parish in Ohio and also serves as the priest for the local Anglican school with more than 150 students in attendance.

An ordained minister, Ms. Lopez has also managed a children’s orphanage, clinic and school for the last 20 years in Juarez Mexico where she currently lives, with her two children, despite the danger.

From Betel To You:

“I am always amazed by the incredible and sheer power of love and how it can alter a child’s life. I have seen so many children over the past twenty years be not only healed but inspired by the love and generosity of people who care for them, people like our wonderful CHRF Donors.”

From Colonel To You:

“Over the past 35 years CHRF has delivered tens of millions of meals to children and their families in areas where they are needed most, built hundreds of clean water wells, delivered hundreds of millions of dollars worth of aid, and helped build and fund dozens of clinics, school and orphanages all because our donors wanted to make a difference in a child’s life!

I believe the only way our work is possible is through the incredible generosity of our donors! Together we are successful as we, CHRF, are honored to act as the bridge between your compassion and the world, acting as the physical extension of our donors love. Thank you for helping the children of the world.”
