After one of their most recent trips back into the Sudan to make Emergency Food & Aid Deliveries to several villages and thousands of families our Relief Team has written a heart-breaking report to us revealing the real story of what is still going on in Sudan.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s Monday morning, the attacks continue – Jets are bombing villages in South Sudan, a local market near Bentuie is nearly destroyed after planes have dropped a large number of bombs. A child\u2019s body lies burning on the ground.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, it is the women and children who are the main victims of these continued attacks. Aerial bombing is an extremely traumatic and frightening experience. This morning\u2019s attack brings back many memories.<\/p>\n

\"Only<\/a>
Only One of Thousands of shattered and broken families desperately trying to survive in South Sudan.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

One hears the sound of the plane approaching, everyone stops doing whatever they were busy with, looks up and listens, looking around for a place to hide. Then the plane throttles back and slows down, people start hysterically running for cover, the sound of women and children screaming, men shouting. <\/em><\/p>\n

Next comes the sickening sound of bombs falling (you can actually hear the sound of the bombs crashing through the air for a good number of seconds which seems like an eternity), at that point no-one knows where the bombs will land or who will be hit. \u00a0Next comes the thump and explosion as the ground shakes, more screams, more crashing through the air, more thumps and explosions\u2026then a moment of silence before more screams that are followed by the sound of women crying, men pick themselves up out of the dirt and start looking around, helping the wounded, counting the casualties\u2026while the planes fly off into the distance.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Tragically<\/a>
Tragically Thousands of Young Children Will Become Orphans after Losing Their Parents in the Bombings.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Thousands of families internally displaced due to continued attacks on their villages having to flee for their lives, living with little, out under trees in harsh conditions, malnourished children, wounded villagers, abducted children, malaria, aerial bombardments\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.the suffering and struggle continue for many.<\/p>\n

Another child is brought Hope and Compassion through CHRF Donors!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We have made many trips to find these people and help them as best as we can with food and emergency supplies. Because of CHRF and the greatest Donors in the world<\/span> we were able to provide children with life saving mosquito nets as well as tens of thousands of meals to these displaced families. It\u2019s because of CHRF Donor\u2019s Generosity and Compassion that any of these life-saving Emergency trips can be possible!<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n
